Delivery, payment and returns

How ordering works

Add designs to your bag and send the order on WhatsApp. We reply to confirm stock, the final price and the delivery time. Your order is booked only after we confirm it on WhatsApp.

Delivery

• We deliver across Hyderabad.
• Orders close to us can often reach you the same day. We tell you the time when we confirm.
• If there is a delivery charge for your area, we tell you before you pay. You can also book a Rapido or similar pickup yourself.
• Bulk orders (100 pieces or more) get delivery terms in the quote.

Payment

• UPI or cash.
• A GST invoice is given with every order. GSTIN 36BGCPJ2893P1ZS.
• We never ask for your card number, PIN or OTP on WhatsApp or phone.

Returns and replacements

• Bedsheets are not returned or exchanged for a change of mind, so please check the size guide before ordering.
• If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or short unboxing video. We will replace it, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.
• Please keep the original packet and tags until you have checked the sheet.

About the photos

Photos marked “Illustrative image” show the style of the design. Prints and colours can look slightly different on screens. Ask us on WhatsApp for a live photo of the exact piece before you order.

Your details

We use your name, number and address only to deliver your order and to reply to you. If you sign up for new designs, we send only designs and offers, and you can reply STOP at any time. We do not sell or share your details.
